As time goes by my bonsai collection grows bigger and bigger and my little garden is running out of space.
One of the solutions is by focusing on small and mini bonsai which do not take a lot of space. And it is also one my favourite pastimes.
They are small, dainty and cute to look at and are also great for display whether indoors (temporary only) or outdoors. And also, it is great for desktop companion in the office.
Below are some of my small and mini bonsai. Once or twice a year the plants are stripped bare of their leaves through thorough pruning to rejuvenite new growth. As you can see from the photos below, all the plants are bare to the skins.
Wrightia is always beautiful with or without leaves. In fact, during competition sometimes the plants are stripped bare showing only the bare outlines of the branches and trunk.
